Portraits

Ashlyn Kubacak | April 2016

This gorgeous girl inspires me so much! Not only is she beautiful, but she's incredibly smart and passionate about everything she does! Whatever she puts her mind to she accomplishes it with flying colors!! I cannot say enough good things about my friend, Ashlyn, not to mention our session was amazing (every picture was perfect - seriously).

Ashlyn, I wish you the best of luck as you enter a new part of your life. I know you'll rock social work grad school as you have with everything else. Your beauty is only a glimmer of what lies beneath. You have enough passion to conquer the world - and help people along the way. (:

Enjoy.

Sara Remoy | February 2016

The beautiful and talented bassoonist, Sara, and I had a wonderful evening with her photoshoot in February. Sara asked me to take some images for her senior bassoon recital poster as well as senior pictures and I am completely thrilled with how they turned out! As an flutist, I've never had to handle a bassoon, so when it came time for posing with one it definitely kept me on my toes - and I'm so happy with the results!

If you had to know one thing about Sara it would be her joyous personality! Since I've known Sara her spirit and passion for anything she does is inspiring - not to mention her dancing feet! I think her beautiful personality was captured perfectly below, especially with the statues. (; Sara, I wish you the best of luck with your student teaching next fall - I just know the kids will love your infectious charm!

Enjoy.

Kelsey Menze | October 2015

Kelsey has been one of my closest friends since the beginning of our freshman year at the UofA. I am honored to have been asked to take her senior portraits! We had lots of fun exploring campus to take her gorgeous pictures!

Kelsey, I wish you the best of luck with your last semester at the university! I know that student teaching will be difficult, but I also know that you're the perfect person to handle the job!

Enjoy.

Eric + Whitley | October 2015

When I was contacted by the Halls I was at first a little anxious, because they wanted maternity pictures - something I had never done before. I was honest with them about my lack of experience, but they were still willing to hire me - I'm so glad they did! I am incredibly proud of how these images turned out! Thank you Eric and Whitley for taking a chance on me! You always have to start somewhere.

Enjoy.

Michelle & Maigen Anderson | April 2015

As I write this in June, it's tough for me to believe that these two beautiful girls have already graduated. Since freshman year, Michelle and Maigen have been big influencers on me. They took me under their wings and always checked in, made me baked goods, and loved me. I knew I was always welcomed to come over to play games or watch movies. It was incredibly comforting to have them by my side for three years.

It was an honor to be asked to take their senior pictures. The results are beautiful! I wish them both the best of luck as they each go their separate ways into adulthood and striving to reach their dream job.

Enjoy.
